Eskaton Studio accepts returns of items in their original condition with tags intact, within 14 days of internet purchase for full refund. Store credit is also an option.
Buyer must notify Eskaton Studio of any damage or defects of items within the first 7 days after the receipt of merchandise.
We will credit your card when we receive the returned item. Shipping refund not included.
When returning an item for exchange, an additional shipping charge will be applied.
